This past weekend, we found ourselves with a rather substantial snowfall. I composed in a previous post, there are ways to start preventing getting low back pain from shoveling your drive/sidewalk out. Yet; this weekend I was shoveling my own personal driveway and followed my own instructions and ended up with a pretty great bout of pain in my lower middle back. Since then I have been going and I can lie down without pain while I have not had another x ray since January and I am feeling considerably better. In addition I"ve really grown over an inch in height since I began my chiropractic treatment (I"m now at 5"8 1/4") which makes me really joyful. Although, I have had to stop physical work, but I"m able to sit and write on the computer so I am doing that to add to my income.
Localized dull back pain. You may have low grade dull back pain for some time but then something happens, such as you bend over to pick up your children"s plaything or sneeze as well as the pain abruptly gets worse.
I have done all these things. I sleep better at night with out my neck and shoulder pain keeping me awake. Occasionally I make an effort to switch off to an enormous purse but I am instantly reminded with the head aches that follow and the stiffness in my neck.
